Open only to eligible residents as set forth below. Subject to Official Rules.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Oregon and Southwest Washington (Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania, and Klickitat Counties) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside Oregon and these counties in Washington and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Portland Fire, the Women’s National Basketball Association (“WNBA”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, and advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their households (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and respective spouses, regardless of residence) are not eligible. “WNBA Entities” means the Portland Fire, the WNBA, the other WNBA teams, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, and any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with them, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations. 

Sweepstakes Period

Monday April 13, 2026, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). 

How to Enter - One method of entry; limit one (1) entry per person total

Obtain a free ticket to the Portland Fire WNBA Draft Day Watch Party at Moda Center (“Event”) and scan upon entry to be entered into the sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) ticket/entry per person. Completion of the ticket transaction (at no cost to entrant) and attendance at the event constitutes entry into the Sweepstakes. No other methods of entry will be accepted. 

General Entry Conditions

Limit one (1) entry per person total. Attempts to obtain more than the stated limit by any means may result in disqualification. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who attempts to obtain multiple tickets/entries or otherwise tampers with the ticketing or entry process.

Random Drawing / Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing within forty eight (48) hours after the Event from among all eligible entries associated with attendees present at the Event. Entrants must have their ticket scanned at the Event in order to be entered to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible attendees/entries present at the Event.

Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) prize consisting of: 

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000. 

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of the prize becomes unavailable. No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted by winner except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Prize Conditions

All prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any federal, state, local, and municipal taxes, and for all expenses associated with use of the prize not expressly stated. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable; no cash redemption by winner. Sponsor and the WNBA Entities may remove or deny prize fulfillment for abusive conduct or violation of these Rules. 

Winner Notification / Verification

Potential winner will be notified via email. If the potential winner does not respond within forty eight  (48) hours, or if Sponsor determines that the selected entrant is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible attendees/entries, time permitting. Potential winner may be required to provide valid government‑issued photo identification and to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and IRS Form W‑9 within five (5) days of issuance; winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax reporting form for prizes valued at $600 or more. 

Waiver of Liability / Publicity Release

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any and all claims against Sponsor, the WNBA Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and without limiting any rights that cannot be waived as a matter of law. Where lawful, winner grants Sponsor and the WNBA Entities the right to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation. 

General Conditions

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, or incomplete entries; or technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By obtaining a ticket and entering the Sweepstakes, entrants understand and agree that their personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and, if they opt in where required by law, for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with such Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Disputes / Arbitration; Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Except where prohibited by law, a class action waiver applies as set forth in this section. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually by binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon under JAMS rules and (b) recovery shall be limited to actual out‑of‑pocket costs incurred, if any, and in no event include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. If any portion of this Disputes / Arbitration; Governing Law section is found to be unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
