The Her Voice Council is a first-of-its-kind advisory group made up of passionate allies committed to advancing women’s sports and gender equity in Portland. Together, we champion initiatives that empower women within the Portland Thorns, Portland Fire, and the wider community. As a collaborative platform, the council unites diverse perspectives and experiences to amplify women in sports, strengthen community connections, and create meaningful, lasting impact across sports, business, and beyond.
