As a result of a coin toss conducted on March 27, 2026, the Portland Fire will have the first pick in the WNBA Expansion Draft 2026 presented by State Street Investment Management SPY on Friday, April 3, and the seventh pick in the first round of the WNBA Draft on April 13. The exact order of selections in the Expansion Draft is reflected in the table below.

The WNBA Draft consists of 2 rounds. Teams alternate picks each round between Portland and Toronto, with each round including up to 12 selections. There are up to 6 picks per team per round.
