NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, MUNICIPAL, AND OTHER LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS APPLY. ELIGIBILITY:

The First Tech Hood To Coast Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents residing within seventy-five (75) miles of Portland, Oregon (the "Eligible Territory") and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related), of First Technology Federal Credit Union ("First Tech" or "Partner"), PCS Basketball, LLC d/b/a Portland Fire ("Portland Fire" or "Sponsor"), WNBA Enterprises, LLC, the Women's National Basketball Association (the "WNBA"), the other WNBA teams (the "Teams"), Foote Sports Productions and its related event entities (collectively, "Hood To Coast"), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, prize suppliers, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. "WNBA Entities" means WNBA Enterprises, LLC, the WNBA, Portland Fire, the other Teams, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Teams, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, municipal, and other laws, rules, and regulations. Void outside the Eligible Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER:

The Sweepstakes entry period and entry point are set forth in the table below. The Entry Period time is based on Pacific Time and runs from the Start Date through the End Date set forth below. Enter online via the designated entry URL, as described below. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. There will be one (1) winner.

To enter during the Entry Period, visit the Entry URL and complete and submit the online entry form with all required information, which may include your full name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, city and state of residence, ZIP code, and any other requested information needed to verify eligibility. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. All information submitted is subject to the privacy policy and terms of use accessible at the Entry URL. All information submitted and shared with any of the WNBA Entities, First Tech, Hood To Coast, or their respective designees in connection with the Sweepstakes administration, prize fulfillment, winner verification, or event participation process is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, applicable privacy policies. The time of receipt of any entry shall be the time such entry is made available to Sponsor via the Sweepstakes platform. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes.

Entries must be submitted through the Entry URL only. Entries submitted by any other means, including but not limited to mail, email, or social media, will not be accepted. Incomplete entries or entries that do not conform to or comply with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Data and usage rates from your internet service provider or wireless carrier may apply. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, or garbled entries. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

RANDOM DRAWING; SELECTION; ODDS:

On or about June 25, 2026 (the "Drawing Date"), one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be contacted by Sponsor or its designee at the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the Prize Notification and complete all required verification, release, waiver, and prize-acceptance documentation within the time specified by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, family, or household throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE:

One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner will receive one (1) team slot/entry for the 44th annual Hood To Coast relay scheduled to take place August 28-29, 2026 (the "Event"), for a team of up to twelve (12) eligible team members, subject to all Hood To Coast registration requirements, participation rules, waivers, deadlines, capacity requirements, safety requirements, and event policies. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize: $2,582.00. The ARV is based on publicly available 2026 Hood To Coast team entry-fee information and is subject to confirmation by Hood To Coast.

The Event is described by Hood To Coast as an 8-to-12-member relay team event covering approximately 196 miles from the top of Mount Hood to the beaches of the Pacific Ocean, or approximately 128 miles from Portland, Oregon, depending on the applicable relay format and course. Additional Event information is available at https://hoodtocoast.com/htc-ptc/relay-info/. Event dates, course, format, start times, rules, required waivers, team configuration, and other details are determined by Hood To Coast and are subject to change.

The prize consists only of the team slot/entry described above. The prize does not include transportation, airfare, mileage, fuel, lodging, meals, parking, team vehicles, vehicle rentals, insurance, equipment, apparel, training, medical expenses, spending money, gratuities, incidental expenses, or any other costs or expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules. Winner and team members are solely responsible for all such costs and expenses.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

All prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and/or Hood To Coast, as applicable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. No cash or other substitution, assignment, sale, auction, barter, transfer, or redemption of the prize is permitted by the winner, except as otherwise determined in writing by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize is personal to the winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, donated, or otherwise conveyed.

Winner is responsible for identifying and organizing all team members, up to a maximum of twelve (12), and for ensuring that each team member is eligible, timely registered, physically capable of participation, and compliant with all Hood To Coast requirements. Winner and all team members must execute any releases, waivers, acknowledgments, medical, emergency-contact, age, eligibility, registration, conduct, and other documents required by Sponsor, First Tech, Hood To Coast, or their respective designees. Failure by winner or any team member to satisfy Hood To Coast requirements, meet registration deadlines, execute required documents, or comply with Event rules may result in forfeiture of all or part of the prize.

Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with running, walking, relay participation, public roads, vehicle travel, nighttime participation, weather, dehydration, illness, injury, or death. Winner and all team members participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to participate. Sponsor, First Tech, Hood To Coast, the WNBA Entities, and the Released Parties do not provide medical advice and are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, delay, cancellation, postponement, or other event associated with participation in or travel to or from the Event.

Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any federal, state, local, and municipal taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize and for all expenses associated with use of the prize not expressly included. If required by law, Sponsor or its designee may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation to the winner for the ARV of the prize.

The Event may be cancelled, postponed, modified, restricted, relocated, or otherwise affected by weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbance, public health or safety concerns, government orders or regulations, labor disruption, transportation interruption, wildfire, air quality, road closures, permitting issues, or any other event outside the control of Sponsor, First Tech, Hood To Coast, the WNBA Entities, or the Released Parties. If the Event is cancelled, postponed, or materially modified for any reason, Sponsor's only obligation, if any, will be to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

NOTIFICATION:

The potential winner will be notified at the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, fails to execute and return required documentation within the time specified, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant's email address, telephone number, mailing address, or other contact information.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility and entry requirements, and (b) waive, release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Portland Fire, First Tech, Hood To Coast, the WNBA Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, prize suppliers, successors, and assigns, and any other company associated with the Sweepstakes and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any injury, damage, liability, claim, demand, loss, or cause of action that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, participation in or travel to or from the Event, or any Sweepstakes-related or prize-related activity.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor, First Tech, To Coast, the WNBA Entities, and/or their respective designees by telephone, email, text message, and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes administration, winner notification, verification, prize fulfillment, and Event registration purposes. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to Sponsor, First Tech, Hood To Coast, the WNBA Entities, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize winner's name, city and state of residence, prize information, photograph, voice, statements, biographical information, and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, publicity, and any other lawful purpose, in any media or format now known or later devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission, or notification, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, subject to applicable law. In such event, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken, or otherwise as Sponsor deems fair and appropriate.

Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due, or garbled entries, transmissions, email, or mail; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider, wireless network, website, or other connections; availability, accessibility, miscommunications, or failures of computer, satellite, telephone, cable, or wireless transmissions or lines; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; wireless service congestion or availability; failures or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise; unauthorized human intervention; incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information; or the failure to capture or loss of any such information.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS:

If any entry, response, or other submitted material includes content, entrants must not include any of the following (the "Content Restrictions"): (a) nudity, pornography, adult-oriented content, or any other explicit material; (b) materials relating to lotteries or gambling; (c) profanity, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities; (d) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws; (e) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortious, or slanderous materials; (f) content that denigrates, disparages, or reflects negatively on Sponsor, First Tech, To Coast, the WNBA Entities, their respective owners and employees, or the game of basketball; (g) tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs; (h) dangerous stunts; (i) real weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, or projectiles; (j) material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other basis protected by law, ordinance, or regulation; (k) individuals under the legal age of majority without providing a signed release from a parent or legal guardian; (l) audio and/or visual content owned by any third party; or (m) material that is unlawful or otherwise in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the entry is created. Any entry that does not comply with the foregoing, as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified.

ENTRY PUBLICATION, LICENSE, AND RELEASE:

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant represents and warrants, to the extent entrant submits any content, that entrant owns all right, title, and interest in the entry as of the date of submission or has all necessary rights and authorizations to submit the entry, including the express permission of all individuals embodied in the entry, for possible use as provided herein; that the entry does not violate any applicable terms of use or infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity of any person or entity; and that the entry complies with these Official Rules. Entrant grants Sponsor, First Tech, Hood To Coast, the WNBA Entities, and each of their respective designees a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit any entry content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, promotional, publicity, trade, and Sweepstakes administration purposes, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

PRIVACY:

Information collected from entrants is subject to the privacy policy and terms of use accessible at the Entry URL and may be used by Sponsor, First Tech, Hood To Coast, the WNBA Entities, and their respective designees for Sweepstakes administration, winner selection and notification, eligibility verification, prize fulfillment, Event registration, legal compliance, and other purposes disclosed at the time of collection. Entrants should review the applicable privacy disclosures before entering.

ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER:

As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded (each, a "Claim") shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
