Ticketing FAQ

Deposit holders will have the opportunity to convert their deposit into season membership starting November 1, with priority being given to those who placed deposits first.

Priority for seat selection is based on the day and time deposits were placed. By placing your deposit now, you will be added to future priority lists and be able to select your seats during the month of November, 2025. 

Deposit holders will have the opportunity to purchase online or in-person during Select-A-Seat on November 15 & 16 at Moda Center. 

 

 

Your deposit will be applied to your membership balance when you select your seats.

If you are unable to select a membership location, the deposit will stay on file as an account credit to be used towards future Portland Fire ticket plans. 

Select-A-Seat is an exclusive event for deposit holders on November 15 & 16, 2025 at Moda Center. In addition to being able to explore Moda Center and pick out their seats in person, they will meet Fire leadership and capture the moment with a professional on-court photo.  

If you are unable to attend Select-A-Seat on November 15 & 16, 2025 we encourage you to secure your seats by buying online. To buy online, please sign into your Portland Fire Account Manager page. 

Portland Fire season ticket memberships will be available for sale in November 2025. Deposit holders will receive presale priority starting November 1, 2025.

If you haven’t already, we highly recommend that you click here to place your Portland Fire membership deposit. You will need to purchase one deposit for every seat you want for the 2026 season. For example, if you want four seats, place four deposits.

With over 15,000 deposits, there is significant anticipation for the return of WNBA basketball to Portland. While there is no cap on season ticket deposits, you will have the opportunity to purchase your season ticket memberships in the order of which you placed your deposit.  

You will need to purchase one deposit for every seat you want for the 2026 season. For example, if you want four seats, place four deposits. To place your deposit, click here.

We recommend purchasing a deposit for the maximum number of seats that you may want for the 2026 season.

During the deposit conversion process, you can purchase less seats than the number of deposits that you have deposits but will not be able to purchase more.  

 

Your priority is determined based on the date and time you placed your first deposit.

All deposits are time-stamped when they are placed, determining seat selection priority – the sooner you place your deposit, the better your priority!

If 2026 season memberships sell out, all remaining season member deposits will be added to a membership waitlist. Your deposit and priority number will be maintained. You will be contacted when season memberships become available in the future.

Yes - deposit holders will have the opportunity to attend Select-A-Seat at Moda Center on November 15 & 16. If you are unable to attend, you will be able to purchase online or attend future Select-A-Seat events.

Membership pricing and payment options will be shared prior to season memberships going on-sale on November 1, 2025.

In addition to locking in our best seats and lowest prices, Portland Fire season members will have access to exclusive member-only events and discounts. For a full list of membership benefits, click here. 

Unless otherwise approved by the Portland Fire front office, membership will only be available to residents within the Portland DMA and limited to 4 memberships per household.

The Portland DMA is defined as the state of Oregon and 75 mile radius of Moda Center

As part of the check-out process when you place your deposit, you will be asked to select which type of seat you are most interested in purchasing. Select “Courtside” to receive updates specific to those seats. Click here to confirm your selection by completing your Fan Profile.

Suite deposits can be placed by clicking here. Suite deposits are $250 per game. All suite deposits are time stamped and will be fulfilled in the order they were received. Your suite deposit establishes your priority, and the money will be applied toward the final price of your suite upon game selection, ahead of the 2026 season.

Suites will be available for sale shortly after the 2026 WNBA schedule is released.

The initial membership on sale will only feature full season membership locations. Based on demand, we will determine if smaller ticket plans will be offered.

The Portland Fire are currently building a world-class front office, including a dedicated membership service team. Once your membership service representative is assigned, you will hear directly from them.

Portland Fire and Portland Trail Blazers memberships will be managed separately, with dedicated membership service team members catering toward each team's fans directly.

Yes! The team will have its own Ticketmaster database. All ticketing will be managed through Ticketmaster and an individual database for our fans.
