Open only to eligible residents as set forth below. Subject to Official Rules. 

Eligibility 

Open to legal residents of Oregon and Southwest Washington (Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania, and Klickitat Counties) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside Oregon and these counties in Washington and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Portland Fire, Lashify, the Women’s National Basketball Association (“WNBA”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, and advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their households (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and respective spouses, regardless of residence) are not eligible. “WNBA Entities” means the Portland Fire, the WNBA, the other WNBA teams, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, and any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with them, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  

Sweepstakes Period 

Begins Monday, April 13, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends April 20 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).  

How to Enter
Online Entry:
Complete and submit the official entry form available at fire.wnba.com/lashify-giveaway. All required fields must be completed to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry):
To enter without completing the online form, handprint your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card, place in a #10 stamped envelope, and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 20, 2026 and received by April 22, 2026. Limit one entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase or payment will not increase the chances of winning.  

General Entry Conditions 

Limit one (1) entry per person total, regardless of method. Attempts to obtain more than the stated limit by any means may result in disqualification. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.  

Random Drawing / Odds 

Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 27, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  

Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) 

10 prizes consisting of:  

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each: $125 

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of the prize becomes unavailable. No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted by winner except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  

Prize Conditions 

All prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any federal, state, local, and municipal taxes, and for all expenses associated with use of the prize not expressly stated. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable; no cash redemption by winner. Sponsor and the WNBA Entities may remove or deny prize fulfillment for abusive conduct or violation of these Rules.  

Winner Notification / Verification 

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within forty eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond in time, ineligibility, or noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate, time permitting. Potential winners may be required to provide valid identification, complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and IRS Form W9 within five (5) days of issuance; winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year. If required by applicable law, potential winner may be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question without assistance.  

Waiver of Liability / Publicity Release 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and where lawful waive any and all claims against Sponsor, the WNBA Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. Where lawful, winner grants Sponsor and the WNBA Entities the right to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.  

General Conditions 

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, or incomplete entries; or technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind.

Disputes / Arbitration; Governing Law 

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class or representative action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon, administered by JAMS in accordance with its then-current consumer arbitration rules; provided, however, that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies, and nothing in these Official Rules shall preclude a party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for alleged infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights or other claims that cannot lawfully be required to be arbitrated; and (b) recovery shall be limited to actual out‑of‑pocket costs incurred, if any, and in no event include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. In addition, the parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement to the extent not inconsistent with applicable state law.
